Malice

Malice are a four-piece rock band from Glasgow. They take influences from 90s grunge, punk and the catchy riffs of Rage Against the Machine and Queens of the Stone Age to create a sound of their own. On CD they are tight, full of dynamics and exciting, each track containing something different from the one you listened to before. Live, they are almost in a class of their own. With heavy infectious riff-age, energetic performances and tight dynamics they are something to behold.



Malice came together in the summer of 2001 but it took until 2003 to realise the potential they had. With the backing of Riverside Studios, and in particular owner and producer Duncan Cameron (Teenage Fanclub, Travis) the band developed their sound, and had critical acclaim and radio-play with their track Is It Me?, recorded under the watchful eye of Duncan himself.



Since then the band have gone on to bigger and better things. With headlining slots at Glasgows Barfly, the Cathouse and Studio 24 in Edinburgh the band are on the rise, and with a recent support slot with Kerrang! endorsed classic rock act The Answer the band continue to head in the right direction.
