Malice in Wonderland is a DJ/Producer collective from austria consisting of Jaramogi, Matakana & Gargamel.
They have been making music together since early 2003 but after experimenting with various styles they found their musical direction around 2005. 3 different guys and their major musical backgrounds (funk, black/death-metal, idm/ambient) find their way into psychedelic sound. After some years of collecting experience as dj's they started to create music with the need to express their feelings towards the "wonderland" we all live in, trying to create musical mind-trips carried by malicious beats in territories that are shady as well as fair
The pandemonium of their experiences is reflected in their music.
During the past years they performed on numerous Festivals & Parties in countries such as Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, UK, Hungary, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Russia, Greece, Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia
Signed by 2to6 Records in late 2008, The Malicelab initialed a new album which deviated sharply from their old style. more atmospheric trust & new explored knowledge emerged into the conceptual mindtrip "Mad Moments" which has hit the stores in march/09.
In 2011 Gargamel decided to take a break from all actions, now Jaramogi continues to write & perform in europe & the rest of the world and Matakana keeps the ball rolling in costa rica, where he is living since 2008.
