Since completing an Oxford University music degree in 1994 he’s become an integral player in the electronic music scene. The labels he's released music on reads like a who's who: Om, Get Physical, Buzzin Fly, Simple, Freerange, and he continues to perform across the world including a tour of Australia in October 2010. Collaborations with Andy Cato (Groove Armada), Will Saul, and his own huge discography have ensured his enduring popularity.



And he shows no sign of slowing down with his latest project: 10 tracks 10 weeks. Through mikemonday.com he is writing and releasing a free track every Monday for 10 weeks from July 19th 2010. These tracks will make up his third solo album.

A revolutionary way to write and release an album, its an experiment on his creative process and the internet as a means of distribution. A labour of love, mikemonday.com is for the first time in his 16 year career allowing him to get closer to his audience:

With the buzz that his 10 tracks 10 weeks web site project has created, and the massive creative impetus it has given him he’s planning to repeat it next year with no less than three further 10 track albums in the pipeline for 2011.
