About Me:



Yo whats good. I go by the name of Lyriikal Dot or L.Dot. Im 16, and grew up in Leicester but now live in Nottingham/Derby. Im not your sterotypical "MC", im not thick as fuck and dont go round causing shit loads of trouble. I have 12 GCSE's and will have 2 more when i leave college as well as 4 A'Level equivelants as i am studing music production and sound engineering, so yeah im actually doing something posotive with my life! I DON'T smoke weed b'cuz im not willing to ruin my life or waste my money

so dont ask if i can "sort you sum bud" dumb prick LMAO. Im not big headed and dont class myself better than anyone else in the scene. Well, maybe some swag 1s LMAO but you know how it is :)



Anyways. Iv been spitting 4 2 years now and don't plan on stopping anytime soon :) I dont just spit grime i also like to make hip-hop, dubstep, electro, garage and other genres of music too. Music really is my passion i love it in all shapes, forms and sizes, everything from Blondie & Dusty Springfeild right through to Faboulous & The Arctic Monkeys.



My Ambitions:



Im not like alot of people in the scene who say "oh yeah, im in it for the p's" b'cuz the truth is that im really not. I do want the fame, i do want to be recognized and i really do wanna be a superstar. And not for the money, in my opinion you should follow your passion whatever it is weather its cleaning or music or whatever you love to do.



I would TOTALLY love to meet Beyonce, shes such a beautiful inspiration to women and artists all over the world, its nice to see somebody so humble with grace, talent and ambiton doing so well in this cut throat industry. Would also love to meet N-Dubz just because they have come from litterally nothing to platinum selling artists through hard work and determination. Not through who they do or don't know which i really rate & respect them for.



Education wise i just want to get through my next 2 years at college and do the best i can possibly do. After that i either want to go to uni and get a degree in music production and engineering, or move to london and get a job in the industry.

This october im releasing my 1st promo (promotional CD) entitled "ii Noe Lyriiksz" which will be completely free to download from this page. So keep your eyes peeled for that b'cuz its gunna be real worth the wait.



I will pretty much collab. with any artist within any genre bracket, always willing to try new things and am very versitile so that isnt a problem. Feel free to contact me if you would like to work with me no matter what your ability (everyone has to start somewhere right?) all i ask is that your recording quality is half decent, i really cant be doing with shite recording lol!
