With two sets of brothers and all members being best friends, the members of Losing All Pride have a special chemistry that cannot be broken.

The music is unmistakably fast paced with the same energy that gave birth to early punk bands of the 80's and 90's. Losing All Pride combines messages of self-reliance and a strong sense of brotherhood and unity amongst youth to create an energy unmatched by other bands of today. At shows the band engages crowds without relent to provide an in-your-face performance you are not likely to forget. Songs also attack a deteriorating music scene that is increasingly dominated by pop and emo trends.

After Losing all Pride's first cd "Down this Road" was released in 2006 the bands main focus was playing all age shows. Since the release Losing All Pride has played many headlining shows as well as opened for Authority Zero, Guttermouth, Voodoo Glow Skulls, Michael Graves (former misfits singer) Secretions, Another Damn

Disappointment (ADD) Unwritten Law, Zebrahead, and Whole Wheat Bread.

Losing All Pride

Down This Road (released 2006)

Self Produced

Losing All Pride's variant of punk rock is reminiscent of latest 80s and early 90s SoCal punk rock. There is no doubt that the band is energetic and past paced with their delivery, as many of the tracks on this album crack two minutes, and never three. Losing All Pride's lyrical content seems to be based around life lessons, and thankfully not a lot of the lost love bullshit. These guys have got a little something to say about all kinds of life trials, and they tear through the message with an intensity rarely felt in a power punk band. Each and every track features a heavy hitting rhythm section with well crafted overlays of catchy, thrashing guitar licks. Top that off with appropriate screaming for effect, and well written lyrics, that can easily have a crowd in a frenzy with the first chord progression. Throughout all fourteen tracks on the album, the band shows their musical maturity and ability to create and write well crafted rock tunes. You don't run into similarly sounding tracks, something many bands that create two minute blasts often run into. Instead, you get quite the smorgesboard of fast paced, anthematic bursts that, again, will make any crowd swell with aggressive actions. This is a not to be missed album, for fans of classic SoCal sound, even skate punks will find this fast enough to rock out to at the local shred palace. -MG
