Los Chilaqz

We are the artist formerly known as"Los Fabulosos Chilaquiles de Corona". Chilaquiles is a spicy Mexican dish made of tortilla strips,salsa,cheese and anything else you wish to add to it! (kind of like our music) this stuff is known to cure hangovers. Los Chilaqz also has a second meaning, (to Chill and Relax!).

Nando is the frontman, songwriter and guitarist newly recruited Tololoche boy "Baby Hand Mikey" knows how to slap that doublebass and Nandos nephew Art Jr keeps the drumbeat tight and neat to make you move your feet. Jenny "The Maraca Girl" would make Tina Turner really proud of her by the way she dances on stage, she ain't shy!, and is known to sings a song or two.

Our sound has been called Latin Laced Rockabilly, psychedelic, Mariachi, Surf, rock etc. We just play what we love and what we love is ALL music We're especially influenced by roots music from the 40's,50's and 60's from both sides of the US/Mexican border. We'll thrown in a Cumbia to get the chicks to dance then a sad song to make the guys realize they blew their chance with that one fine girl they once romanced.in their old Chevyor Ford You should have treated her rightSUCKA!
