You may be asking yourself, "What is Local Tough Guy?" Well, the simple answer is, a three piece punk band, but it really isn't that simple. Local Tough Guy is a movement, a revolution, a hedonistic death cult. Local Tough Guy is about jamming in a filthy Medford attic or a warehouse in downtown Peabody. Local Tough Guy is about forgetting the words to your own song while your playing a show in a church basement, but that doesn't stop you from making them up. Local Tough Guy is Private Stock, Marlboros, power chords, Tangueray, punk beats, Taurus wagons, nude playing cards, Marshal amps, D 4's, Edgewater fajitas, garbage whoppers and songs that don't last three minutes. Local Tough Guy is a late circumsized, hairy chested, guitar playing, lead vocal singer who plays the guitar faster than he finishes in the sack. Local Tough Guy is a bass player who almost left for good but got dumped on a volcanic archipelago thousands of miles away from his homeland. Furthermore, Local Tough Guy is a drummer from N.Y. who doesn't know what he's getting himself into. Most importantly, Local Tough Guy wants to kick the fuck out of you, via a hard, fast, punk onslaught. While listening to other punk bands will leave you with the awkward feeling of a virgin having sex for the first time, Local Tough Guy will have you saying, "Aaaah, now I'm fucking!"
