Lisa’s Lick

Lisa's Lick were created in February 2003 with Mikkael Sin on vocals, Spyros Vasileiou on drums and Chris Zois on bass, in order to take part in a music festival in Kastoria. With the addendum of Alex Karametis (keyboards) and Takvor Dilsizian (guitars) they become a five-members group and under the name "Strip Show" they participate the festival along with two other bands. Among others they play the only -until then- song they had written, "The 13th of July".



With their return in Ioannina guys decide to keep on their rehearsals. With the walkout of Alex and the accretion of 2 new members [Maria karavida (keyboards) and Mariana Belarus (guitars)] they start rehearsing their new songs and in February 2004 they record their first demo. This first attempt of theirs which goes under the title "Her smile of the Evil" is taken into regard positively by the public and the 6 songs that it is consisted of, are being broadcasted so much on local stations as in many of the city's clubs. After a while Spyros Vasileiou abandons the group and his place behind the drums is taken by Dimitris Gerasopoulos, while the military obligations of some of the members lead to a period of no particular action. With the beginning of 2005 the band reactivates and carries out a series of concerts in several Greek cities. (Ioannina, Thessaloniki, Kastoria, Agrinio).



Today with a new bassist Dimitris Rousis and after a period of the band and its members being marked with dissimilar problems, the guys have recorded part of the material that is going to constitute their second release while they are in preparation for some new live performances during the Spring!
