Laura Sheeran

Laura Sheeran was born in Galway in 1987. She's been developing her musical craft since a young age and started performing solo in 2004. Since then she has been involved in many other musical projects spanning traditional Irish to the avant garde and writing music for a series of theater shows and short films.
Laura writes, produces and records her own music and directs, films and edits her own music videos.
In 2012 Laura set up the production company 'Flamin' Mongrel' to facilitate more creative work in video production and graphics design (see https://www.facebook.com/pages/Flamin-Mongrel/500282930000264)
Laura has been a core member of the ever enigmatic FOVEA HEX since the age of 15 to the present day, providing vocals, bowed saw and accordion in recordings and also live (see www.janetrecords.com)
Laura started the Dublin based 'Alien-Pop' band NANU NANU with Marc Aubele in 2011 and has been touring extensively in Ireland with the band since then (see www.nanunanuband.com for more details)
