Lars Moston

British-German DJ/producer Lars Moston is a solo artist as well as one half of Moston & Malente and one third of The Killergroove Formula. He lives in Berlin.



The new Moston & Malente release "Oh My God / I Go Round" is already getting huge support from Douster, Crookers, Foamo, DCUP, Keith & Supabeatz, Tony Senghore, Don Rimini, Larry Tee, Jaymo, Mikix The Cat, Sinden, Sharkslayer, Shir Khan, MSTRKFT, Act Yo Age, Joyce Muniz, Mixhell, Sharam Jey, Acidkids, Mustard Pimp, Congorock and many more. Moston & Malente have been big in the game ever since their first release "In the Sky" on Hamburg-based Moonbootique Rec. became a worldwide club hit, with the following singles "F*cked Up" and "Do The Right Thing", also being massively popular.



A new collaboration with fellow Berliner Ben Mono will be released by Top Billin' along with some very exciting remixes. Lars Moston has also built his reputation as a solo artist lately, and alongside Swiss producer Philipe de Boyar, he has found a new home on Lee Mortimer's Wearhouse imprint. Their summer anthem "So Sick" was played by the airwave biggies Radio One and Kiss100 and ripped up festivals across the planet. Teaming up with BreakfastKlub, Mr Moston will be releasing on New York label Coco Machete in early 2011.



Lars also loves remixing, which he has been doing to great acclaim recently. Among the tracks getting the Moston treatment have been big tunes by Tony Senghore, Human Resource, DJ Wool, Si Begg, Jay Robinson & Supabeatz, Fort Knox 5, DJ Hecan and Jaimie Fanatic.



When DJing, Lars mixes up unique, energetic sets made up of cutting edge House, lots of unreleased material and his own edits. Combining a bit of tongue in cheek humour with dance floor functionality, Lars's sets are raising roofs all over the place and he has headlined shows from San Francisco to Siberia with positive, in-your-face electronic party sound.
