Lante London (born Clarendon Jamaica, March 9th) better known as Vigilante is a prominent player in the world of reggae/dancehall music in the UK. Having grown up in the notorious environment of North West London since he was nine, Lante has developed his lyrical expression enabling his music to merge with various genres. Lante is often depended upon by other artists in the field for his creative and innovative writing style.
Having just completed his first solo mix-tape 'He's Here', Lante is throwing himself into developing his first solo album, and completing music videos for selected songs from the mix tape.
Lante has a substantial fan base and following, through his Facebook, YouTube and Twitter pages. He also has a range of videos and tracks posted to various online music sites, which has exceptionally positive feedback.
In 2010 Lante teamed up Wundah (formally of Camp 868) and Frank to form 'Blessed Yout Entertainment'. Since the birth of BYE, Lante released his first solo single 'She Got Me Like' and have created and produced a catalogue of songs. Lante formally known as Vigilante first entered the dancehall scene as member of the Suncycle Crew/Family. Despite leaving the crew and changing his name, Lante still maintains a working relationship with his former crew members.
Lante has collaborated with a vast selection of artists such as; Charlene Spiterie, Spragga Benz, So Solid, Smujji and Johnathan Shorten.
