KRÜST is a New York City based metal band whose style can be described as progressive hardcore/grindcore. They have been shaking up audiences throughout the tri-state area for the past three years, and consist of members who each have distinguished musical pasts.

New York City native Gerry White (drums) has performed with Murphy's Law, Kraut, Percy Jones (Brand X), and Chris Haskett (Rollins Band). He was previously a member of Blind Myself, a band which opened for Slayer, Mastadon, Kreator, Madball, Darkest Hour, Keelhole, Norma Jean, & Isis in both the US and Europe.

Paul Snook (bass & vocals) was born in Birmingham, England and later moved to London to pursue his music career. As a session bassist on the TV show Top Of The Pops, he performed with Bill Withers, Michael Bolton, Natalie Cole, Celine Dion, Darryl Hall, and many more. He also performed on Paul Inder's solo album (son of Lemmy from Motorhead) along with Les Warner (drummer of The Cult). Additionally, he toured England with R&B vocalist Alexander O'Neal, which included gigs at Wembley Arena. He was also a member of SONY recording artist Drum Theatre, a band which toured Europe, released two albums, and had a No. 1 single in Italy. As a vocalist he recorded with Malcolm Mclaren, in addition to working with producer Bob Rose (Julian Lennon) and Robbie Blunt (guitarist for Robert Plant) at Real World (Peter Gabriel's studio). Paul moved to New York City in 1994 after being offered a record deal from Irving Azoff of Giant Records/BMG. In 1997 he acquired Night Owl Studios, where he has since engineered and produced several notable hardcore bands such as Fahrenheit 451, Maximum Penalty, Awkward Thought, No Redeeming Social Value, Quicksand, Past Wreckage, and Ironbound, as well as countless other artists.

Hailing from Paris, France, Laurent Caudry, aka Frenchy (guitar) started touring at the age of 17 as the lead guitarist for Kenanus More. He relocated to New York City in 1992, where he played with local hip-hop group B Fam. He went on to form the experimental-core band Weedkiller, which toured the east coast and released three albums. Along with Paul Snook, Frenchy was also a member of the band P.F.E.K. Additionally, he worked with choreographer/performer Kari Hoaas, creating original compositions for her works and playing live during her performances and improvisational pieces. In collaborating with John Macaluso (touring/session drummer for Yngwie Malmsteen, TNT, James Labrie, etc.) he perfected his ability to combine electronic sounds and extreme metal.

KRÜST released their first album "Not Today" in September 2008, and are currently working on songs for a second. They are scheduled to appear on FOX's Fearless Music Television in the near future.
