Kritik Records

Once upon a time, it must have been in 2004, Oliver Koletzki and Pelle

Boi met in a tiny bar in Berlin Friedrichshain. Two weeks later the

first two tracks were done. Looking for an appropriated platform to

release both tracks, they decided to found their own label: Kritik

Records was born. Soon, the first 350 records of "Mückenschwarm/Ich fand

die Liebe im Plattenbau" were sold out. Thanks to the playlist of a

certain Sven Väth, who later licensed "Mückenschwarm". It became a huge

hit and can be found on more than twenty compilations and mixed CDs.

Oliver wanted to things own his own and Pelle continued releasing and

working on Kritik Records. In 2007 he teamed up with a talent young cat

called c.l.i.c., which latest release was commented by Laurent Garnier

with: "this will be BIG!"

With Internal Sync Kritik Records i happy to announce its first

international signing from Lisbon/Portugal.

The musical repertoire of Kritik is simple: it's electronic music for

dancing people. No genres, no boundaries. Either Techno or House or

Minimal or even Disco: it has to get people moving!

Für ihr Debüt auf dem Berliner Label Kritik haben die jungen Lissabonner Produzenten Internal Sync ein Breitwand-Monster geschaffen, das sich mit eindringlichen Flächen und treibenden Arpeggios und Claps aus dem Stand zwischen Carl Craig und Bodzin & Romboy einreiht und das man so schnell nicht vergisst. Todsicherer Hit. Auf der B-Seite entdeckt man eine kühle und reduzierte Version von Lowtec und das düstere „Bubble“, das deutlich nach Berghain schreit.
