Nicole Barsalona is the founder and principal at 525 Entertainment Group and serves on the board of directors for the Women In Music organization. We met up with her at the Gibson Showroom in Austin, Texas for a quick conversation about her work with Women In Music and the organization’s goals. Barsalona sat down with KGSR’s Kristen Kurtis to enumerate the challenges that women face in the music industry and share her advice to women trying to break in and achieve success.
