Born in Jeremie, Moron, Haiti as Claude Bonnet aka “Koby” raised in kafou, Port-Au-prince; sakafet all my people and family member from the island. I’ve been living in this country for a while now never got a chance to go back to Haiti for a visit with my son “Antwon” but time will tell and I love my country regardless of what’s going on over there right now. Coming from a Creole descent was not easy for me; however, it was full of positive spirits, happiness and I felt free. Being an hip hop artist is my passion because I want my music and all the energy capture most of the people attention with the vibe and melody instead of rapping, writings, and rhyme. Like most of the rapper I’m here to go ahead whatever I could and stay focused, experienced substantial obstacles throughout my life staying true to what I believe in help me keep going strong. At first when I moved to the United States everything seemed different the language and culture so I’ve watching, observing, living the street life because u can learn a lot from hip hop, mess around with nice beats. About a year ago, I really started rapping with my best friend “Sonny Blaze” but we met way before that then we become close chilling every and we also share the same goal for “hip hop Creole movement” to be known around the world. Honestly I want to be known as “Koby” who brings diversity, confident and exploiting the different levels in this rap game. Back in Haiti, I used to listen to “Original Rap Staff”, “Wyclef, Masters”, “R.I.P to Master G. (chapo ba)” and other Haitian rap crew. I also respect all the legend in this game such as “Pac”, “Biggie” “Nas”, “Jay-z”, “Methodman”, “Mob Deep” all my underground people keep stay on the grind and all hip hop artists. Before I forget what’s up to my cousins back in Haiti “pouchi”, “Dimitry” all my friends from Cote-Plage, Lamentin, Brochette, Mon Repos and all the Cities around my neighborhood may God be with by your side. I’m working on my first mix tape coming out soon call “En Direk Boston A kafou and I want all my Haitian fans to know that I’m working hard for Haiti.
