Born in Albany,Ga on the mean streets of the eastside, Scooter (born Gerry Flenory ) had to learn how to take care of himself at a young age. " I ain’t never had a job a day in my life" says Skoota. They connected and began to terrorize the streets together. Low Kal was an aspiring artist at that time, and asked Scooter if he wanted to join his group. Scooter accepted and also gave the idea of re-naming the group to Ghetto Assassinz. After years passed and niggas went in and out of jail, he decided to move to Colorado to escape the footsteps of his peers. After spending years up there, he came back to visit Ga. Along his visit he discovered that his old group had built a buzz and were more serious about music than they were then. After being offered a spot on the label Crime House that his long-time friend started, he accepted and went on to make hit after hit. Impressing those who once didn’t take him as seriuos enough. Since then he has continued to make good music for the streets and mainstream. His debut album is scheduled to drop the second quater of 2007.
