I Killdaddies nascono alla fine del 2003 non si sa bene in quale zona del Piemonte, dato che i componenti sono 2 di Carmagnola (TO) e 2 di Tortona (AL), con le scopo di suonare musica veloce, minimale, ma allo stesso tempo melodica, in una sola parola: PUNK ROCK. I riferimenti della band sono soprattutto gruppi Pop Punk americani come Screeching Weasel, Moral Cruz, Teen Idols, MTX, Riverdales e molti altri senza però mai dimenticare i mostri sacri del genere come Misfits e Ramones. I testi parlano di temi spensierati e comuni a tutti, come le ragazze, i soliti week end alcolici, o semplicemente della gente che odiamo. Tutti i componenti vengono da esperienze passate con altre band: Claudio (voce) e Manzio (batteria) suonavano coi Nervi Tesi, gruppo HC Old School con all'ttivo 2 Demo e una quarantina di concerti in tutto il Piemonte, Gio (vero nome Giorgio Maria Luisa) arriva dall'esperienza con i Los Activos, nota Punk Rock band che fra il 2001 e il 2003 sfornarono tre 45 giri, svariati pezzi su compilation italiane e si facevano conoscere con più di 100 concerti su e giù per l'Italia. Gio suonava anche in altre band dell'Alessandrino come Lampadine e The Nails. Pelli (chitarra) ha radici metal-core e ha prodotto un demotape con i Namtar, band del tortonese. Mauro ha anche suonato come batterista nei Partizan Beograd, band oi!-core torinese, con un Demo all'attivo e molto conosciuta in città.
I KD stanno girando in lungo e in largo l'italia per far conoscere il loro punk rock divertirsi e divertire. Hanno registrato un un cd con 10 tracce (TERMINATO - sigh - SOLD OUT) una coproduzione di KillDaddies, Nicotine Records, Tocado Records, Psicho Babi, Take Away records e Benicetomommy.
2008/2009 = nuova formazione. Pelli, Claudio e Manzio lasciano il posto a Cele (drummer balled), Filo Fatty (batterista nei Demolition from Vigevano, cantante nei Killdaddies), Corra (bassista nei Gimme 5, chitarrista negli Alles Kapot e nei KD). A breve nuovo materiale, nuove date, nuovi disastri!!!

The killdaddies were born at the end of 2003 and they're four guys who wants to play fast and minimal music, but always melodic, in a word: PUNKROCK.
The killdaddies' line-up includes Kloz (Lead Voice), Giò (bass and Backing Vocals), Pelli (Fabulous Guitar) and Manzio (1-2-3-4! Drums). All the members had past experiences with other bands appreciated in Italy such as Los Activos, Le Lampadine, Partizan Beograd and NerviTesi.
They feel a special admiration for American Pop Punk groups such as Screeching Weasel, Moral Cruz, Teen Idols, MTX, Riverdales and they also draw inspiration from the mythical figures of the genre: Misfits and Ramones.
The lyrics are about topics common to everybody, for example women, the usual alcoholic weekends, or simply about people we can't stand and that's why each of us can feel involved into their music.

The KD are travelling all over Italy to make their punk rock known, entertain people and enjoy themselves.
The Killdaddies are highly appreciated for their live performances and their deep dedication to the musical scene. They have released a cd containing 10 tracks, a coproduction of the killdaddies, Tocado Records, Psycho Baby, Take Away Records and Benicetomommy. They are working on some split that could be released in the beginning of 2007. CHECK IT OUT !
