Matthew "KidChild" Hayden is a songwriter originating from Minneapolis, Minnesota. After being influenced by the lyrical styles of Eminem and Nas, KidChild started to write rhymes at the age of 10. Music, for KidChild is a passion. In his upcoming single, Incredibly Credible, KidChild talks about the many struggles of his young life in a way that he hadn't been accustomed too. "Incredibly Credible, for me, was a song for me to vent my frustrations. It's when a person goes through so much trial and tribulation, and pain, and misery, and finally gets delivered from that, and all they want to do is talk about it, and how incredible their delivery was. Each time I recited the song, or performed it, brought a new energy out, because the song was inspired from being drained out of energy for so long, it's an incredible song because anyone who's been through something, will feel it. Generally, it wasn't my style to rap the way I did on Incredibly Credible, but there was no other way to do it, and it came out being probably my most favorite song I've written."
Now onto the next chapter, KidChild is in Atlanta, Ga looking for his big break. KidChild loves performing and spending time around other musical minds picking their brains. Based on the reception of his latest efforts, his future looks promising.
