Kevin Mark’s exceptional stage presence combined with swingin’ shuffle grooves influenced by the best blues, R&B and rock ‘n roll artists of the ‘50s and ‘60s have made him a “must see performer”.



Since his beginnings as a blues vocalist/guitarist in 1998, he’s headlined numerous festivals and has opened for such blues luminaries as Lil' Ed & The Blues Imperials,Toni Lynn Washington, Lonnie Brooks, Junior Watson, Bryan Lee, Jack de Keyzer and Big Jack Johnson.



With solid vocals, a tight ryhthm section, blasting horns and catchy original tunes, it’s easy to see how this band has won FOUR “Live Act of The Year” awards since 2004. In fact, Kevin and the band have received over 20 awards and nominations dating back to 1998.



Kevin’s recent release “Cuttin’ Loose” was recorded at his own Hideaway Studio in Montreal, Canada, and showcases 14 tunes that take the listener on a ride from the West Coast out to Chicago - with a pit stop in New Orleans - all while maintaining Kevin’s unique sound and songwriting approach. To top it off, the CD was mixed out in California by Jerry Hall who has worked with Little Charlie & The Nightcats, James Harman, Junior Watson and Kid Ramos - among others.



“Cuttin’ Loose” is still receiving airplay and rave reviews internationally and sat at the top of the blues charts in France for two consecutive months.
