C'est en puisant dans les diverses influences du mouvement « grunge » des années 1990 de Seattle que Ketah crée ses toutes premières compos. Fabrice (batterie) et Alex (chant/guitare) sont alors fans de Pearl Jam, Soungarden, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Dinosaurjunior et inventent le « monde Ketah ». A partir de 1998, Ketah se produit sur une centaine de dates. Le groupe s'épanouit littéralement sur scène et teste face au public ses nouvelles compositions. Début 2003, Sacha est venu greffer sa guitare au groupe. Depuis, le quintet ne cesse de progresser.
Ketah est un groupe de scène qui aime le contact des planches et du public.
