Kayse : né le 29/06/1974 en France d'origine congolaise
À 33 ans, il est reconnu comme l'un des pionniers précurseurs certains de la tendance rap californienne en France.



1992 il gagne le premier prix d'un concours de clip rap amateur à Niort avec son premier titre « Recherché pour un crime » et terminera second à St-Denis 93.
Compositeur autodidacte, influencé par cette musique outre Atlantique accompagné de clips festif et ensoleillé, en 1994 il décide de créer un groupe en duo pour une démarche très commercial le but : « ouvrir une porte pour un marché trop fermé pour le « West Rap Game » en France, pour pouvoir donner à cette mouvance la chance d'être enfin diffusé par n'importe quel moyen, le groupe s'appellera donc Réciprok ! Avec les 3 Hits incontournable comme «Balance toi», «Libre comme l'air» et «Tchi-Tcha».



Sorti chez Sony Music en 1996 (Co-réalisateur et Co-compositeur) son premier opus «il y a des jours comme ça » . Critiqué par la presse spécialisé comme un album trop commercial, mais apprécié par les fans ce L.P lui vaudra de devenir numéro 1 des diffusions en radios et numéro 1 des diffusions TV par leurs clips pendant prés de 5 mois, ainsi qu'une nomination aux victoires de la musique en france.
À cette période le top 10 des ventes de singles était tenu par :
1ère: Céline Dion, 2ème: Khaled & Réciprok 5ème meilleur ventes de disques en France .
En 1998 Après plusieurs dates de concerts en France et en Belgique le groupe ce sépare.



Pour laisser place à la créativité d'un Kayse en solo bourré de revanche.
Kayse s'enfermera en studio pour travailler l'album « Contre vents et marrées » produit et réalisé intégralement de son propre chef, qui deviendra en 2001 une référence en matière de « G-Funk » avec un très bon acceuil de la presse spécialisé et un partenariat avec le magazine R.E.R Hip-Hop Magazine.
(Depuis le début de ça carrière Kayse a vendu prés de
600 000 disques)
S'inspirant du légendaire courant de la « Blaxploitation » des années 70s (Roy Ayers, Isaac Hayes, Curtis Mayfield), du « Funk » ou
« P-Funk » courant 80 (Zapp & Roger Troutman, Parliament, Funkadelic) il prend un malin plaisir à revisiter et à dépoussiérer ses musiques de légende pour les réinjecter dans les veines de nos années 2000 avec une équipe de musiciens expérimenté. Issus de la ville de Clichy-Sous-Bois dans le 93 (là ou ont débutés la vague de révolte en France) il cherche sans cesse à explorer de nouveaux terrains tel que l'audio-visuelle et s'ouvre ainsi à d'autres univers musicaux en tant que réalisateur.



Kayse : « je n'ai jamais attendu que le l'on vienne me chercher pour faire avancer les choses, car en banlieue personne ne te mettra de cuillère en argent dans la bouche pour te donner à manger. Je gere mon "Biz", mais ce n'est pas le "Biz" qui me gère(.) donc j'agis, j'avance et dieu jugera!! »



Aujourd'hui en préparation de divers projets internationaux, avec un collectif de musiciens aux C.V assez impressionnant, il reste avant tout rappeur, producer, et doté d'un avenir prometteur en tant que
producteur exécutif.

Kayse : Born in 29/06/1974 in France but originally from Congo



At 33 years old, he is recognized as a pioneer of the Californian rap trend in France, executive producer, and self composer, Kayse has been in early age influenced by this music coming from across the Atlantic which mainly include partying and sunning atmosphere in the video clips.



In 1994 Kayse created the duo Reciprok which used to make a more commercial type of music aimed at opening the door to a too close market for the G-Funk in France, and then, by this way, to allow this vibe to be diffused in France through anyway possible. Came out under Sony Music in 1996 (co- producer and co- compositor) their first opus was "il y a des jour comme ça" . Heavily criticized by the music medias which did consider their songs as too commercial, the album has however been well supported by the fans and has stayed n°1 in airplay and TV diffusions during two months and will be nominated for the music awards "Victoires de la musique" during this period.



At that time, the top 10 of the music sales were lead by Celine Dion 1rst, Khaled 2nd, Reciprok 5th. In 1998 after a number of tours around France and Belgium, the group will split up allowing Kayse to finally express his creativity individually and full of revenge. After this period, Kayse did stay enclosed in his studio to work on his album "Contre vents et marées" integrally produced and realised by himself. This album became in 2001 a reference in G-Funk in France, with very good feedbacks from the music medias in partnership with the magazine RER Hip Hop magazine (since the beginning of his career Kayse did sale 600 000 CDs).



Coming from the district of Clichy sous Bois 93 department, he has continuated to explore new fields as, in the audio-visual and has opened his career to other musical universes in the realisation.



Kayse :"I've never waited for anybody to make things happen and as in the suburbs nobody will come and open the doors for you, I act and God will be my only judge".



Inspired by the legendary « Blaxplotation » of the 70s (Roy Ayers, Isaac Hayes, Curtis Mayfield), by the « Funk » or « P-Funk » of the 80s (Zapp & Roger Troutman, Parliament, Funkadelic). Kayse takes a real pleasure to revisit and readapt these legendary musics and to reinsert it in the veins of the 2000s, with the collaboration of a team of professionals and recognised musicians.



Today, preparing divers international projects, he stays before all a rapper, producer with many keys in his pocket to open these door.
