we are the ever evolving KSP, so far there are only 4 but that may be only temperary. at one point we were a three peice punk band who tried to hard, but then we dicoverd the joy of reggae, ska, funk, and all other music made by talented black people.

although we are still welcomed into the punk scene but we have been shifting our selves in writing as of late, to more of a virbtant, brassy, tantilizingly awesome ska and hyperfunk band, who tend to stay true the early agression of their punk roots. and because of so, tacoma has shunned us (you know who you are), and are more accepted by the lesser ass-hole of seattle and the godly state of bremerton. before we all conjoined as one super mass of radness, we each had very different lives, most of which sucked and were ungodly boring.

Anthony a.k.a A-jax- tried to be as rebellious as possible. wither it be the grandjure from the parents, or trying out smoking cigarettes, anything that would make him the typical punk teen. little was he a "punk rocker" anthony (a-jax) dressed in clothes 6x's to big, and listened to eminem on a regular basis. typical white 12 year old. but that was soon to change as he discoverd what is known as the guitar. not that he played it yet, oh god no, if he had picked up a guitar at that time he would be some dark metal, slipknot humping horrible musician. and then day little anthony stumbled upon the band "the suicide machines" whilst he was looking for a really gay song of the same title. and this was the birth of anthony not sucking at life. end

Dehron- dehron played a drumset for the first time when he was five. after falling in love with the drums, he continued to play the drums whenever he could. he played in middle school band for two years before he moved to tacoma, then didnt play in school any more and just played by himself. but since he was a little kid he had always known and hoped that he would be in a band one day as a drummer. and he likes vic firth 5A drumsticks if you wanna get him some = )

Jordan Paine a.k.a Jordan Paine- in the begning he was born. and then some stuff happend. and then at the age of 10 jordan was a full blown nerd, reading books about astronomy, biology and others, played video games all the time and even bought a telescope. then a thought had occured to jordan, why not make my self more geeker than i already am. so he joined his middle school band and played trumpet. he did so for two years. and being the band geek that he was joined the jazz band as well. when all of a sudden the bass player had died or moved away or some other shit, and jordan jumped on the cjance to play bass. he bought himself a peice of shit johnson bass. when asked about why he had choosen to do this he remarked "there was a charater in an anime that i watch that plays bass, and i thought it was cool." he had quickly became good at it. but took somewhat of a hiatus from it to learn to plat the trombone and watch countless hours of anime. after a while he went back to playing and joined a band, which still has not detured him of his nerdly duties of watching anime, studing random and hard theorys, and playing video games till his eyes bleed. end

This is what "Whats up Kitsap" hast to say.

Kamikazi Sex Pilots w/ Suburban Vermin and more at The Chuck, 333 Callow Ave. in Bremerton. 7 p.m.

While the Kamikazi Sex Pilots, a band of high schoolers from Tacoma, have never been that big of a name, even on the local circuit, it’s worth noting their final show because of their choice of a Bremerton locale.

More specifically: the Charleston.

“I would have to say, Bremerton is our favorite place to play. Period,” guitarist/lead singer Anthony James wrote to What’s Up last week. “Bremerton has an energy that no other place we have played at has. Everybody there is friends with one another. All of the bands are friends. It’s just a big party on Callow street. And we wouldn’t miss it for anything.”

In the ska/punk band’s relatively short life span, the Sex Pilots played all over the state: Tacoma, Seattle, Maple Valley, Everett and more. But of all the places they could’ve chosen for a finale, they picked Callow Avenue in Bremerton.

Right on.
