Salut, tout le monde! My name is Justin Blackburn - I'm a composer, guitarist, multimedia artist, general noisemaker and new resident of the lovely little milieu of Hyde Park, Chicago. I recently finished studies in Music Composition at the University of Kansas, studying under James C. Barnes, Dr. Bryan Kip Haaheim and Dr. Charles Hoag.



My postings here on MyWasteOfTime cover an eclectic blend of things I'm typically engaged in, including works for the concert hall, electronic sound design, multimedia creations, jazz and the occasional pop tune.
