"Can I shine?", asks the 26 yr. old Tennessee Titan. When he asks this question he really isn't expecting an answer Its just his way of saying can he live his life without interference. "Alot of people want to see me fail", states the Oak Ridge raised, Knoxville made rapper, "but from the lessons I've learned since I went to prison, I cant live for nobody and I cant make everybody happy.Born Brian Jones, Jr., the man with more aka's than Method Man was just recently released from a United States Penitentiary for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Before his bid he tried to juggle life in the streets and his music career but now he is completely focused on the latter. "I use to try to use music as a cover up for gettin money in the streets", he says, "but now a days I aint wit it cuz the feds aint playin." He's not playing either even though his name implicates the opposite. "Growing up iI fell in love wit the Joker cuz he was so evil and I had more in common wit a villain than a hero." He also states that most often than not people get a joker confused with a jester. "A jester is a fool or a clown and I'm far from either one of those." With representatives holding it down in Tennessee already Jokers Wild wants to do his best to show he is of the same caliber. "West Tennessee got Ball & G, Three Six Mafia, and Yo Gotti. Middle got Young Buck and All-Star. East Tenn gon ride wit Jokers Wild and if anybody feel different then the jokes on you homie." Joker shows off his lyrical diversity by takin’ the listener through the life on the streets of the south- his vocab is laced with a sentimental hardness – you just know he’s lived it – not just spittin about it. His upcoming CD takes you one by one through a musical journey filled with grizzly words, thumpin beats and hard strings that you will not forget anytime soon.

Brian Jones, Jr. started his career as a young musician in the church scene. But soon his church nouns and verbs evolved into the clever tongue and fierce writing sounds of “Joker”. During the mid 90’s the young hustla left the pulpit and hit the streets boppin his head to the likes of 2pac and Lil Wayne. His first professional work was with Playboy Supreme and the group “Main Event.” The groups’ first CD was released in 2001 and “Grillin, Hustlin, and Pimpin” put the rap taste flowin through his blood.

“A talented hot head would be the best way to describe Joker”, says Playboy Supreme. Not only does Joker just rap, but he sings and produces – the triple threat.

On his current CD entitled “Hustla Of the Year” you’ll see he’s not just a hustla but a professional hustla….songs like “Criminal’s”, “Parking Lot Pimp”, “Show Your Grill” and “Actor or Trapper” reveal that he can flow in the clubs, car ridin or the streets. He features his own producing along with the blazin’ hot Executive Producer E. Stephens of G.E. Entertainment in Atlanta. GA.
