After being introduced by a mutual friend, these two San Diego hip hop veterans decided to bring their own views and style to the masses. Flavors like a Tribe Called Quest, Leaders of the New School, Black Sheep and other various 90's era hip hop leaves a heavy impact on how their music is created. Using the internet to their advantage Joint Response, DJ SHAG on the beats and cuts, with MANTIS on the lyrics have come forth with a HEAVY project. With tracks that features some of San Diegos greatest Talents (Blest, IntheVisualz,N-Tyssa) as well as talent from ALL over the U.S. (Madwreck of the OTHERS). The soundscapes are full of jazzy chords and punchy drums.
