John Makay

Formed and based in Amiens, France in October 2005, John Makay is an instrumental math rock duo built with epic guitar and drums, without fx or loops.
The self released first album,"Mon Amour Mi Amor" is an autobiographical account of a super hero, confused and staring at the world.
The hypnotic sound of tapped guitar (clear/distortion/reverb) running along frenetic drums, release emotions in the live performances in this original vision of the new continent's music woven from the old one.
