Jim Bryson is a singer-songwriter and musician from Canada's "small town" capital city

of Ottawa.



His three critically acclaimed studio albums - “The Occasionals” (2000), “The North Side Benches” (2003),

and “Where the Bungalows Roam” (2007), have seen releases in his home country of Canada,

the UK and Ireland and he has toured extensively all over North America, Europe and the UK in

support of these recordings.



When not crooning, talking and wandering the national landscapes on his own, Jim is regular

member of Kathleen Edward’s band 7 has been a sometime Weakerthan, a occasional side fellow in Giant Sand luminary Howe Gelb’s ‘Sno Angel group and most recently, a touring member of the Tragically Hip.



Jim has recently completely his 4th studio album, a collaborative effort with the Weakerthans entitiled "The Falcon Lake Incident.
