Jereme.E

Born in the small town of Honesdale Pa., Jereme.e grew up surrounded by musicians. He was given his first guitar for his sixth birthday. His parents and Grandfather taught him the basic chords and from then on he was set to explore his musical journey. At the age of twelve he learned the value of hard work after he joined the school band on the drum line. This was a new experience, and opened up more of an understanding and appreciation of music. He continued playing percussion throughout high school.

He moved to Orlando Florida in the Fall of 1994 and attached himself to the new Orlando music scene. He formed a funk-rock band and called it gardengroove. He was the singer as well as the bands drummer. To keep the audiences attention, he moved the drums up front and stood up (having seen this from the inspiring band jellyfish). They had some local success and received steady airplay on Real Radio 104.1. Gardengroove showcased for Sony Records in May of 2000, but did not land a deal. The band broke up in late 2000, which discouraged Jereme. He took himself out of the scene and locked himself in his closet and wrote all new songs. In 2001 Jereme was signed to a one-year production deal with Peaksounds. He recorded 3 songs and a music video. Within that year he opened for Ja Rule, O-Town, Journey, and LMNT.
