After 19 years of releasing albums and singles, 10 years of performing with Nelly Furtado, and 6 years of Musical Theatre performances in the Broadway musical RENT and Michael Jackson’s SISTERELLA, jasmine kicked off another amazing year performing with “The All American Rejects” on the British Chart show promoting their hit single “Gives You Hell” (2009). She’s no stranger to performing on television. Over the years you may have caught one of many appearances on: Canadian Idol (Band & Songwriter 2003-2004-2005) / Saturday Night Live (NF) / The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (NF) / The David Letterman Show (NF) / The View (NF) / Rosie O’Donnell (NF) / Concert for Diana (NF) / Top Of The Pops (NF) / Electric Circus / The Mike Bullard Show / Wetten Das / The British Chart Show…only to name a few. .



As a UK Warner/Chappell songwriter jasmine has had the opportunity to write with some of the best songwriters in the world and she’s one of the rare topline writers who is capable of writing songs that span from the quirkiest of pop gems, to songs that are stirring and emotional. She delivers top drawer songs to suit any project and can tailor make anything from pop to rock, urban to AC ballads, and even pop country music, children’s themes, and advertising jingles. Some of the artist who have recorded jasmine’s music include: Kylie Minogue, Monrose, Kalan Porter, Melissa O’Neil, Yumiko Cheng, Janet Leon, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Fritz Helder and the Phantoms, Tianda Flegel, Amanda Morra and many more



In the last two years jasmine has collaborated, featured & worked on projects with Grammy Award composer David Arnold, Fritz Helder and the Phantoms (Nelstar/Universal), Dan Sells of “The Feeling” (Island), Girls Can’t Catch (Polydor), disco diva & Rimmel model Sophie Ellis-Bextor (Fascination/Universal), Tianda Flegel (The Next Star-YTV/Universal), The Stunners (Columbia), The Yeah You’s (Island), Chelsea Lee (Atlantic), Amanda Morra (Costa), The Slips (Lucky Egg), The Scarlettes (Overloade), Sinead Quinn (Indie), Eve and the Ocean (Indie), Laura and the Tears (Indie), Marla (Indie), Dollface (Biffco)…& that is only the last few months! .



One of jasmine’s most exciting projects of 2009 was the launch of CBBC television show “JINX”. Her title song co-written with Darren Martyn was chosen for the new series and has been licensed to several countries around the world. With incredible timing, “JINX” has coincided with a project that is very dear to jasmine’s heart – the launch of “Little Ducks Records”. Inspired by her love of writing fun and educational children’s music. This co-venture with her husband Owen Denham is scheduled to release an exciting series of radio shows, podcasts, sing-a-long albums and books for children in mid-2010.



Currently working from both the UK and Canada jasmine continues her committment to helping young artists realize their musical dreams through her success-proven methods of vocal coaching and artist development programs. Working with both artists who are signed to major record labels and to those aspiring to be professional singers, jasmine combines her experience as a professional singer/writer/producer and her knowledge of vocal anatomy to shape the voices of the future in both live performances and in the recording studio.
