Sahra Indio

Born in Philadelphia to a musical family, Sahra gravitated toward the magnetic mysticism of reggae music. Relocating to the beautiful & inspirational islands of Hawaii, she co-founded Jahringa, her first reggae band. Jahringa inspired her to sing about life’s beauty & mystery. Sahra is gifted with the natural ability to convey the message of universal truth and rights through her conscious lyrics and her sultry voice and her adoring fans have dubbed her ‘Jah’s Jewel.

In October, Sahra will be touring Oregon & Washington States in with Tuff Lion backed by The Escort Service Band promoted by Roots Family Productions.



In November, Sahra will be performing at the High Times Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam and other DJ Soundsystem shows.



In February 2011, Sahra Indio & Keep it Green Hawaii is producing a Community Event to celebrate Bob Marley’s Birthday with a Concert & Agricultural Festival to promote ‘Growing More Food” & “Eating Locally”.
