IScream

Since the beginning of their journey in 2004, IScream's primary aim has been to create music that would, in the first place be free of all boundaries. This is far from easy, whereas all 5 members of the band have their roots in different genres, from funk, jazz, punk rock to metal. After a year of creating their own songs they began cooperating with Sašo Gostincar (GR Studios), which soon led to recording of their first songs. This was the first turning point in band's career since the demo recording opened them many doors presenting them as a perspective, fearless and unburdened young band.



2007 was the year of Iscream's first big breakthrough. They took the first place trophy in the Youngounz tour, a Slovene national competition, where they were the most convincing among 130 bands. It is since than that IScream have been known for their energetic live performances.



At the end of 2007 the band decided it was time to put their work together as a concluded whole, and after almost 2 years time, their first record Nine months too late was brought to light. Their debut, recorded in GR Studios (Domžale, Slovenia), is a raw unpolished presentation of what the band is capable of, and is being released by Provocatia Publishing in May 2009. Simultaneously, IScream recorded a self-produced video for the track “Family” which is being released accompanying the record.



Despite the fact that they have played several concerts (Newcomer 2006, touring with Kultur Shock in 2007, Škisova Tržnica…), they are still a young band with lots still to show. Their main motto is to enjoy in what they are doing, and is also the main guidance of their creativity.



To sum up, IScream is a fresh force on today's Slovenian territory, ready to present themselves to the public by their genuine powerful life performances and a straight-forward approach to music.
