------Intertwined was formed late in 2004 by Colin Cummings and Blane Robinson. Soon afterwards, Barak Erwin and Jeremiah Campbell, who were formerly playing in a band called "Tesseract", came along to complete the 4 piece. Instantly, they began writing originals as they worked to find their sound.
In 2006, just after the band's self-titled debut album was released, Jesse Ortiz joined the band as a second guitarist. They quickly began work on their follow-up album, utilizing their new guitarist's influences as yet another way of constructing songs.
In January of 2009 Intertwined released their second album, titled "Shameless". "Shameless" fully captures the kinetic, fiery sound that is the staple of their live show. The same captivating live shows that have made ordinary people die-hard fans and skeptics suddenly scarce.
Intertwined has shared the stages with bands big and small from all over the country, from up-and-coming bands such as Tomorrow The Stars, to established acts like Powerman 5000, and even legends like Dokken.
As the future continues to unfold for Intertwined, they continue to evolve their sound. They have already written more than half of their next album, expanding on the sound they have established while carving out new textures and ideas. As they continue to do so, though, they follow the only rule they have ever followed: No rules.
