IN COLD BLOOD

In Cold Blood was born in 2005, but the guys used to play together since a long time before. In a few months they record an ep and then their first full- lenght (2006). In 2007, after some changes in the line up, they finally find their sound and are ready to record IN COLD BLOOD(2008). Modern metal at its finest, without boundaries and rich in influences. Thanks to their intense and impressive li.ve activity they got the opportunity to share the stage with bands such as The Haunted, All Shall Perish, Municipal Waste, Illdisposed and Nueva Etica, and Italian acts as Zu, Hour of Penance and Cripple Bastards. In 2010 they draw the attention of the Italian label VIDEORADIO for the re-issue and the digital distribution of IN COLD BLOOD(2008). In Fall 2010 the band takes part in THREAT OVER EUROPE tour 2010, with Threat Signal, Raunchy, Sybreed and M.A.N. The crowds are always impressed by those 6 guys that rock so hard and ivolve the audience, making them go crazy, every single night.
In 2011 the long awaited third work, "A Flawless Escape", has been released via Rising Records and a Mexican promotional tour will follow in October.
Ray Nelson's short story "Eight O'Clock In The Morning" and John Carpenter's movie "They Live" have been strong influences to the song "They Live" and the whole album. The lyrics inquire the exposure of our mainly consumer society, where media, conformity and trends drive and force people to not think independently and to pursue ephemeral aims even in an almost anti-human way.
The album contains additional effects by Aeph and it will feature guest apparences by Annihilator founder member and guitar icon Jeff Waters along with Hour of Penance guitarist Giulio Moschini.
The mastering of the tracks has been made at Tailor Maid by Peter In de Betou (Dark Tranquillity, Opeth, Meshuggah, BMTH,.).
During an ICB show, you always get the feeling that there's no wall between the artist and fans! This is actually the main message that the band wants to deliver! WE ALL FIGHT TO KEEP HEAVY MUSIC ALIVE!
