I MEDITERRANEA
Nascono nel 1999 dall'incontro tra Lucrezia Liardo e Roberto Mauri. La loro musica unisce l'R&B, il pop, il rap e la melodia italiana.
La passione di Lucrezia e Roberto per la musica, la sperimentazione e la contaminazione tra i generi li porta sin dal principio a voler vivere ed unire le loro caratteristiche artistiche in un progetto nel quale la melodia tradizionale si fonde con le nuove tendenze musicali.
Nel 2006 realizzano il loro primo singolo dal titolo "DIMME TU" che nasce dalla collaborazione con Davide Primiceri e Alberto Rapetti, autori e produttori di DJ Francesco, Yuyu, coproduttori e coeditori dei Finley.
In sintonia con le tendenze musicali dei Mediterranea questo brano unisce le melodie della tradizione napoletana con sonorità hip hop e rap americane: diverse testate giornalistiche ("Il Mattino","Napoli più") li hanno presentati come nuova realtà "newpolitana". Dimme Tu, è in rotazione in diverse emittenti radiofoniche, ha venduto oltre 2.000 copie ed è stata in classifica Musica e Dischi al 17esimo posto e al 24esimo posto nella classifica Fimi.
Nel giugno 2007 hanno inciso il loro secondo singolo dal titolo "A ME MI" in collaborazione con l'attore Ugo Conti, il brano unisce le tipiche sonorità latine mediterranee al recitato di Ugo, è stato presentato nei migliori club ed è in rotazione in diverse emittenti radiofoniche tra le quali Radio Deejay e Radio Italia.
Nel luglio 2010 esce il loro terzo singolo dal titolo "GUARDA" una cover degli anni 60 rivisitata in chiave moderna.
Attualmente oltre a presentare il loro spettacolo live con la loro band in diversi locali d'Italia, stanno lavorando al loro primo album.
LUCREZIA LIARDO
Fin da piccola respira musica. Padre batterista e cantante, nonno trombettista nella banda di Gabriele D'Annunzio e zia primo soprano al teatro San Carlo di Napoli, col tempo studia e coltiva quello che inconsapevolmente acquisisce dalla sua famiglia e sceglie la musica come sua professione e ragione di vita. Voce solista, autrice e compositrice, ha studiato canto privatamente.
Come corista ha collaborato con Tullio De Piscopo per il disco "Belle guaglione" e con Gian Pieretti. Ha partecipato all'Accademia della canzone di Sanremo 1998 e a numerosi altri concorsi. Presta la voce per pubblicità televisive e radiofoniche, per incisioni discografiche come corista e turnista. Nel 2000 ha inciso il singolo dance "Live Today" con il nome d'arte Krezia.
Lucrezia è la cantante de I MEDITERRANEA dal 1999.
ROBERTO MAURI
Pianista, autore, compositore, programmatore e arrangiatore, diplomato al Conservatorio San Pietro a Maiella di Napoli, collabora con i Pooh nel tour 1993 come programmatore di campionatori, synth e tastiere di Roby Facchinetti. Come supporter partecipa ai concerti di Anna Oxa e Patty Pravo (1999). Dal 1999 ad 2009 riprende la collaborazione con i Pooh come programmatore di campionatori, synth e tastiere e nel tour 2004/2005 anche come musicista sul palco, fiati sintetizzati e trombino in Si bemolle.
È stato il musicista nel programma "tutto esaurito" su radio 105.
Roberto è il tastierista de I MEDITERRANEA dal 1999.

I MEDITERRANEA
LUCREZIA LIARDO and ROBERTO MAURI met in1999. Their music is a mixture of R&B, Pop and Italian Melody.They both have a great passion for music and experimenting new genres where traditional melodies can meet with new music styles.
In 2006, their first single "Dimme tu" produced by Sky records ( producers of artists such as Dj Francesco, Yuyu and Finley). The song represents their personal music trend which is a mixture of traditional napolitan melody and american hip hop and rap resonants. It has been placed 17th and 25 th in the "Musica e Dischi" and "Fimi" hit parades and has reached a saled of 2000 copies.
In 2007, their second single "A Me Mi" feauturing professional actor Ugo Conti whose recital merges with their typical Latin Mediterranean sounds.
The song has been presented in the best clubs around Italy and played on very important italian radios, such as "Radio Dj" and "Radio Italia 60".
In 2009 "I Mediterranea" starded collaborating with "Date Records", theri third single "Guarda" is a cover version of the original by Frank and the Rogers.
They are currently performing with theri live band in clubs al lover Italy, whilst working on their first album.
LUCREZIA LIARDO
Was brought up in a family of musicians, her father a singer and drammer, her grandfather a trumpet player in the "Gabriele D'Annunzio" band and her aunt first soprano at the "S.Carlo" theatre in Naples.
Solist singer and music and lyrics composer, Lucrezia has token singing classes privately and featured on vocals with Tullio De Piscopo in his album "Belle Guaglione" and with GianPieretti.
In 1998 she participated in the "Sanremo Song Accademy" and many other song contest.
She has also featured on radio and tv jingle vocals and on tours as a vovalist.
In 2000 she recorded her first dance single "Live Today" under the name Krezia.
ROBERTO MAURI
Is a pianist, author, composer, programmer, arranger and singer, graduated at the "S.Pietro a Maiella" Conservatory in Naples.
In 1993 he collabored for the firts time with "Pooh" (tour 1993), for Roby Facchinetti as keyboards, synth and sampler programmer.
After other collaboration with Anna Oxa and Patty Pravo as "supporter band" for their concerts in 1999, was again keyboards, synth and sampler programmer for Roby Facchinetti during "Pooh" tours in 2001-02-03-07-08-09 and in tours 2004-05-06 he was also on stage as a musician playing synth wind instruments and his b flat trumpet.
In 2010 he was in Radio 105 as a musician for the programme "tutto esaurito".
