IDRchitecture

IDRchitecture are a 4-to-8-or-sometimes-even-more-piece band from Reading who embrace, adore, celebrate and record the on-going absurdity of ‘everyday life’ in the more built-up regions of western Europe. Meeting up in windowless rooms on a regular basis, they aim to create colourful music that is expressive, uncommon and dense with ideas and imagery.



"Using thousands of words we work together to create images in the listener’s mind. These images are laid over music which we create, painstakingly, using hundreds of ideas and smashing them all together over a few months to clean our brains up, only to start the process all over again".
