INTRODUCTION



The Los Suaves Negroes compilation series is for everyone

who likes their sex, drugs and rock n roll packaged

together with some violence and kitsch in a soft lounge-environment.

The tribute album will consist of bossa & lounge tribute

compilations to Turbonegro. We honour their great works

of art by taking it from the dirty alleys into the cocktail

lounges and the designed apartments. This is for all

of you out there who likes the work of Nouvelle Vague

with their bossa versions of old punk and new wave classics,

two cute girls singing “falling down the stairs, to

drunk to fuck”. That’s the feeling we want to capture

and highlight.



There is no other band out there more kitsch than Turbonegro

and therefore we put together this pink lounge compilation!

With titles like “I Got Erection”, “Denim Demon”, “Sailor

man” and “Fuck The World” we have an album filled with

beautiful evil art.

Turbonegro

was started in Oslo/Norway in the late 80’s. Since then

they have released four albums, toured massively (even

sold out the House Of Blues in Los Angeles two days

in a row in December 2004) and some people even call

them “the worlds biggest underground rock band”.
