Roots Dancehall Artist, I Ancient, the Trinidad native residing in Northern Virginia who terms himself the GanJah Patient, winner of the 2009 New Artist Virginia Reggae Award, is a real revolutionary who is eager to voice himself in this new era where times are dread and Jah soldiers are stepping up. I Ancient’s career began from ancient of days when he first heard his own voice, he knew right away that he wanted to spread Jah’s message through his creative creations, his music.



I Ancient is quickly becoming well known in the U.S., U.K., and Germany for his first single Mystery Babylon which received rave reviews from the UK reggae news www.reggaenews.co.uk/cd_reviews/display_review and was quoted as being one of the strongest offerings on the Global Reggae Selection, Vol. 1 CD ( in stores now and itunes ). Currently, I Ancient is steadily working in the studio on his debut album, REMEMBER ME and has just finished filming the video for the single Remember Me. The video will premiere on September 11, 2009.
