Forming in April 2006 Horsepower are still a relatively new outfit, however the band have been gigging heavily throughout WA over the past year, gaining them a loyal and ever expanding following. The band have received airplay on numerous local stations and have been included on a nationally distributed compilation CD through WA’s own Groove Magazine. On top of this, Horsepower took out second place in the finals of the 2007 Gozzy Rock band competition where their performance was well received by the judges and audience alike. The bands honest, catchy songs and energetic live shows prove that Horsepower have a genuine passion and commitment to their music as well as their audience.
