Peace. I would describe myself as, "not you", but so much like you, that you should love me.even if you don't like me. Re-read that. : ) They call me Heretic Skepticmostly Skep, Dakhil, Doc, D, Patrick, Pat, P, P-Love, Fat-Fat.all that. Right. Welcome. If you have never heard the music my crew makes, welcome especially! It's definitely gonna be a ride. We're in an age where hip hop has lost it's fuckin mind. Very few people are actually telling you what they think, do, or see, and most are taking this shit as a fad. It's something anyone can do, honestly! Cats loooove the "easy route"! The internet, digital media, and mom's allowance, all play a huge role in the watering-down of an art form that is beyond worthy of everyone's respect. The poor, living in some of the worst parts of a country founded on greed, manipulation, and murder (re-read that)THEY created this music. I have no problem with club music. People like to dance. But, where are the radio spots, the video spots, and the advertisement behind other forms of music within this genre we call hip Hip Hop? I like gangster shit ( almost preferrably), revolutionary shit, introspective, party, battle, and old school. You would find that out after spending a few hours with me. Yet, all i see via the main sources of media, meaning the channels through which we hear and see, are images and sounds of one style in Hip Hop. All that being saidmy attitude is.i don't give a FUCK! Here WE come. Out with the old, in with the new. The tide is changing. Change is the only thing that is constant. Re-read that, and then accept it. We've had all types of eras in Hip Hop, and i've loved them all. This most-recent onei wouldn't be sad if it never existed, but i would never have learned the value of what this shit could be without it. What we represent as a crew, are beats, lyrics, wit, intelligence, street, revolution, darkness, philosophy, and changealwayswit a dash of clown. This is not rap. This is soul music, born from Hip Hop's impregnation of our individual and unified experiencesor is it vice versa.hmmmWelcome

Peace,

Skep
