B.KID G.G.D. R.I.P. MA

Growing up in the streets of Rock Hill Homes in Rock Hill, SC, life was never easy for The Kid. Being the youngest of 2, he watched what the streets had to offer his older brother Lee. Money, women, power, what more could you ask for. After being introduced to the dope game at 10 years old, and discovering the pains of death by losing 2 very close friends at the age of 11,(RIP ADRIAN MITCHEL,MONICA DUVOUGH) life would never be the same for The Kid. Smoking weed, skipping school, and selling drugs led to The Kids first incarceration at the age of 12, after being expelled from a military school. There The Kid met his roomy "Sean" who would introduce him to the passion he has now for rap. The Kid started writing rhymes and poetry for his 6 months bit. Upon being released, he was sent back to the military school he had just been kicked out of. Knowing he would fail again his P-O ordered The Kid to move to Indiana with his Family in hopes he would change his life……were they ever wrong!



After Being in Indiana for less than a year, The Kid was already in trouble, on probation and selling drugs AGAIN. Setting up his first recording studio at age 14 the kid would record his first album…"Reppin Da Dirty South" In 2001 at age 16 Kid would sell to his cousin who was working as an informant. Not knowing he had sealed his fate he continued to do dirt until 8 months after the buy he would get arrest on pistol and drug charges. During sentencing on the gun he was informed he had B Felonies that would get him waived to Adult court. 24 hours after being told the information Kid cut his House arrest bracelet and went on the run. Hopping on a grey hound he head South to Baton Rouge, LA where his mother was living. He stayed for months until he received word that his grandmother had passed away. "She was like a second mother to me, I couldn't miss her funeral." At the funeral his life would change once again. "You would have thought I was Gotti er something, Police was everywhere!" They arrested The Kid at the cemetery, booked him into detention and was waived to adult court at age 17. As a Kid he was forced to grow up quick to adapt to the evironment aorund him. After serving 13 months he was released to 5 years of House Arrest as a New Father of an 11 month old girl he never saw. 6 months upon release he would record his second album "The Next Era". Giving away more copies then he sold for exposure. Kid did what he had to provide for his family slipping back into the Dope Game. He went on to Record ( After meeting his new "Business" partner Dirty), including fellow 81 Deuce member Tripp, went on to form the group HeatPaid and recorded "Suicidal and Sick" and "Her Reup and Weight" The Kid had taken his game to a whole new level recording more solo projects "Got it On Lock" "Last Man Standing". The Kid had his son. Then violating probation and running again would leave the kid back in Jail.
After being released the kid knew it was time to focus on his music. He stared doin shows through Indiana. In 2008 The Kid would perform at almost 100 shows throughout the state putting his own shows together at the local club. He was starting to be recognized. He received an award at the Indiana Hip-Hop Awards in Indianapolis as "Best New Artist". Kid began to focus on actually doing something big with his talent, he started to bring major artists to the club. From $hamrock to The Dayton Family, to Silkk The Shocker, and Petey Pablo, The Kid has put his heart and soul into making something better for himself and his kids.Last man standing, "Loved by Few Hated By Most", are just acpl of Kids other Projects. "ALL IN" Is the most recent solo album yet to be released. Available throughout indiana At Karma and Vibe Records and Available on iTunes, It is a strong album, Along side partner Tripp, opening For Silkk The Shocker,Petey Pablo,Young Buck,Project Pat and Performing at 2010 Black Bike Fest in Atlantic Beach, SC are only the beginning of this soon to blow up artist who brings raw talent, and real life lyrics to a music game who is in desperate need of new talent!
