Hitting you with woman-scorned lyrics, and backed with classical strings Heather Davis can draw in any woman audience. But beware, this powerhouse voice can drop any man to his knees. To expect sugar coated pop tunes from her would be a mistake.



Moving from her home state of Texas to Nashville at eleven, positioned her to be influenced by some of music’s best. Signing a development deal with RCA at the age of thirteen gave Heather a taste of the world she knew she was destined to belong. Receiving a standing ovation her first time to perform at Country’s historic Grand Ole Opry, means you never know what is to be expected from her. With a few years off to discover the “college life”, she realized music is her one true love. Coming back with a bull-headed drive and ambition, she says she’s not taking no for an answer. She’s been currently playing singer/songwriter nights about Nashville, but during all this time she’s never forgotten how to bring the house down.



Playing with her guitar, keyboard, and cello player makes one wonder what kind of influences drove Heather to this crazy concoction. Heather states that her music is Martina McBride mixed with a little of Vanessa Carlton. Her influences include the Foo Fighters, U2, Tori Amos, Bobbie Gentry, and EmmyLou Harris. With her share of hardships and broken hearts, Heather has plenty to write about and listeners are sure to be satisfied. She pours her heart and soul into her lyrics leaving listeners wanting more.
