Iceberg

“Iceberg” was born on March 4, 1987 at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. At a young age, Iceberg's mother always reminded Iceberg that he was from Sierra Leone. He also hails from a musical family, several of family members are well known in the African music world, which include KOK, Daddy Muss and K-Man to name a few. When you listen to Iceberg’s lyrics you will get a harsh glimpse into, not only what it’s like to grow up poor in the inner city of Southwest Philly, equiped with hard hitting lyrics;"extrodinary" flow; with an incredible song making ability. Joseph Burner another moniker of Iceberg honed his skills, like most rappers, by battling in the gritty streets of Philadelphia with his crew and childhood friends, Hood Squad. His style can be best described as bone chilling, but at the same time cool. With the delivery and swagger
often compared to hip hop greats like Jay-Z and the Notorious B.I.G.; who happen to be his musical influences. Iceberg has released several mixtapes his latest project titled “The Best Kept Secret” is currently circulating along the East Coast. His debut album titled “Cold as Hell” is in stores now!!!!
