WELCOME TO HARVEST WORLD

Hi my name is Jerome M. Glover aka Mogie Israel. I grew up in Chicago. I was raised in the Roseland & Pullman communities on Chicago's far South Side. My mom Joyce Spearman was a single parent of EIGHT children. My Dad a Vietnam Veteran, was named Jerome Glover also. My Grandmother Johnnie "Bell" Spearman was a huge influence on our lives. Granny loved music, art, culture, cooking, and the Chicago Cubs even though she lived on 96th and Parnell that's South Side where Chicago White Sox fans abound.

As a adolescent and teen I was raised by my Aunt (Annetta Spearman) and Uncle (Monroe Spearman) in Markham IL. It was at their home I discovered my love for music. I realized my family was heavily influenced by some of the greatest names in music such as MoTown, with Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross and Michael Jackson, as well as classic Chicago acts such as The Chi Lites, Curtis Mayfield, Etta James and Chaka Khan. I would spend countless hours, listening to little vynl 45s (singles) and LPs (Albums).

During the 80s and early nineties my musical taste expanded to include groups like The Pet Shop boys, Kraft Werkz, Nitzer Ebb, The Cure, Smashing Pumpkins, Depech Mode, and as well as genres such as Dance, Electronic, and HipHop . I became fascinated when I'd heard the music that I grew up on, used in a sample. Songs like Eric B. Rakim's Paid in Full and Move the crowd, EPMD's Strickly Business and De la Soul's Me Myself and I. I began making music at a very young age and received the first electronic keyboard/sampler around 12 years old.

I have experimented with all types of music over to past decade or so since then. I now live in Atlanta; GA (Decatur) . Today, I look forward to working with some of the biggest hottest artist as well as hot upcoming artist. Through music I look forward becoming an icon in entertainment, fashion, art and culture.
