DESCRIPTION:
Filmed in April 2016 for BBC's The One Show as part of the 'Green and Pleasant Land' feature of songs from around Great Britain. The Harpoon Blues Band from Lowestoft play 'House of the Rising Sun' as the sun comes up on the most easterly town in Britain. The song itself has origins in the town, originally thought to have been written about a pub that existed on the old beach village.
