Founded by singer/songwriter/producer Jimmy St. James and accompanied by Matty Haze on guitar, Steve Dixon on drums and DeWitt Ellis on Bass. Gurufish makes their home in Atlanta,GA. and is currently playing dates in support of their most recent release,"Mohair Supreme". They have opened for such prestigious acts as: The Brand New Heavies, Foreigner, Nikka Costa, P.M. Dawn, The Spin Doctors, Mother's Finest, War, The Isely Brothers, Derek Trucks, The Flaming Lips, Galactic, Cypress Hill, Dag, the P-Funk Allstars as well as playing in numerous festivals in and around the southeast promoting their CD "Mohair Supreme" and the new "Touch Your Body" video.
