Hello! I'm a saxophonist/clarinettist/bandleader/composer/teacher/general noisemaker from the West Midlands, currently based in Leeds and performing nationwide. As well as solo productions/compositions, my main focus is currently Paper Tiger, an 8-piece future hip-hop/broken beat/dubstep band (see links below). Previous work includes experimental jazz/noise quintet Czar Muggers, collaborations with various producers and bands; and helping to form post-rock/metal band these monsters and stadium ska-step crew Gentleman's Dub Club. With these bands and as a solo performer, I have shared stages with such luminaries as:
Nightmares On Wax, Hextatic, DJ Vadim, Jaga Jazzist, kidkanevil, Digital Mystikz, Rustie, Daedelus, Gaslamp Killer, Roots Manuva, Finley Quaye, The Herbaliser, DJ Q-Bert, Krafty Kuts, Foreign Beggars, Freq Nasty, Oceansize, Benga, Bonobo, Dimlite, The Bays, Caspa and Rusko, Jeniferever, Mary-Anne Hobbs, The Bug & Warrior Queen, Benji B, Adam F, and plenty of other people with initials for surnames (as well as playing various DJ sets with Mikey J!).
