Gospel Travelers Ministries

Gospel Travelers Ministries was originated in November of 1975 by Johnny Douglas. They traveled thoughtout the country spreading joy with their old gospel sound. Many years passed Johnny Douglass and all the older members had been called to preach or pastor churches so the group was turned over to Stanley Douglass and Rev. Kenny Prestly. R.I.P. Thats when the group began its new era about 15 years ago.

At this point years went by and many members came in and out but Stanley remained faithful and God blessed him with a new group of young men eager to sing and play for God. They than formed a new sound and style of gospel music that will enlighten all generations, young and old. Together they make a sound that speaks to your soul and will strenghten your faith.

The purpose of their ministry is to reach out to the community and ensure to everyone that God is real. Gospel Music is about spreading the love of God to those who know him, those who want to know him, and those who are in need of knowing him. The music that we write, arrange, and sing is important us as well as the listeners. We want to make sure we are representing our father in the best possible way by singing and playing the gospel for real and not just for show.
