BLEED THE MESSIAH was formed in Rochester, N.Y.in 2007 by founding member Jonathan Tavares(vocals). After numerous line-up changes the band is finally ready to move foward.Rick Smith(guitar),Tim Young(bass), Mike Iovine(guitar) and Erik Iovine(drums) round out the line up. We like to consider ourselves an "extreme metal" band. Having played shows with numerous national and regional acts including.Dying Fetus, Immolation, Gigan, Jungle Rot, Exhumed, Goatwhore, Rotting Christ, Belphegor, Averse Sefira, D.R.Ithe band is ready to break out of the local scene and crush the masses!
