Distant Ship - GKG Blues Cats

Sorry, this is one of my favourite songs ever since I first heard it in 2012 and I want to learn to play it, its called Distant Ship and its by Giedrius Klimka. Giedrius is a great blues musician (singer/guitar/harmonica) and his three piece band, I think based out of Vilnius, Lithuania is called the GKG Blues Cats, its electric blues, but Giedrius also does a great acoustic blues act.

Anyway, I think these are the chords:
Intro: Em (9) / Cmaj7 / A minor9 / D add 9- D -Dsus / C maj 9 Cmaj6 or Aminor9 /D maj - D minor / E minor (G F# E harmonic riff)
Verse:
Em, Em9 *4 (F# in bass, G, D & B | E)
A7, A 6sus4 or D/A (D major over A bass) *2
Em, Em9 *2
verse * 2

chorus:
C major 7,
D major (dominant) (add 9, sus4, 579 etc),
B minor 7,
E minor (9),
C major 7,
D (sus4) D,
(repeat and 2nd time go to verse, unless its the solo, stay on it twice more for solo, then twice more with vocal, go to end of song, Em Em9 (F# in bass, G, D & B | E),

End with the (G F# E) harmonic lick,
which I have not been able to put into the song yet, and this practise and video took place two years ago!

Hidden gem of a song, and when I contacted Giedrius to compliment him on his song (and maybe find the magic!) he was very humble and said "Maybe its a kind of magic", and he sent me a CD no charge! Love love love this guy, his music and his band (great feel, jazzy bluesy).
