Born in Pineville, Mississippi, David Huff, the legendary singer/songwriter of David and the Giant's fame, is known nationwide as the premier Southern Rock pioneer of Christian music.

David and the Giants were truly pioneers in the early days of Contemporary Christian music. With a collection of songs that echoed the passion of the times, David, along with the presence of his brothers, created some of the classic hits of the era, such as "Here's My Heart" and "I Can't Live Without You." David and twin brothers, Rayborn and Clayborn, were born into the Kingdom of God in 1977 and spent the next 20-plus years ministering in Churches and auditoriums across the United States and around the world.

Like so many before him, David struggled with how to serve God through music. Following the encouragement from a local pastor to be part of an outreach for the lost, David clearly remembers hearing the voice of God call him to share the message of the Gospel through his gift of music. David vividly recalls God saying, ".Keep on singing my song." And so he did.

David Huff currently performs as a solo artist, and his brothers occasionally rejoin him. David has released three solo albums, "Really" in 2000, "Proclaim" in 2004, and his latest album, "Do You Know What I Mean," which will be released in August 2008 by Giant Records.

"Do You Know What I Mean" features "in your face" lyrics that leave no room for misunderstandings. Every one of the ten songs were written by David himself, exploring themes both deeply private and resoundingly inspirational. As David tours the country promoting his new CD, this gifted musician continues to see God's plan for his life unfold as he fulfills his charge from God to "keep on singing."
